K2 Darkstar - 157cm 2008 model. An amazing piste/park board. Fully symmetrical, so you sacrifice some forward stability for the fact that it behaves exactly the same in both directions. On piste it carves handily, with good edge hold. Flexible, but stiff enough to pop back out and give a nice lift when jumping. Does off piste but needs careful handling in deep powder if you don’t want to end up walking out of a powder field.
